Fake Company, unprofessional, and ripoff of your money DO NOT USE. Called and made an appointment for 2 days later to unclog a sewer main for $225 (That is very high). On the day of the appointment no call no show. Called and said they will have someone out later in the day. No show again. Further calls were never answered.

We called about 10 different plumber's no one would come out for at least a week. meanwhile we have water coming from the wall into our house we purchased 3 days prior. Eric came out immediately and I mean immediately! He was very polite and helpful from the beginning to end. He was very fast and efficient the best contractor I have ever encountered by a mile and unfortunately I have too much experience with plumbing issues and contractors. We have most definitely found our plumber and plan on having him come back for toilet replacement and any further issues. I'm so grateful we have a go to guy from now on. We had a leaky toilet valve that flooded the bathroom. We called Nods at about 2:40pm on a Saturday from Carson City. Someone arrived an hour later from Reno and they were done before 4:30pm. Service was excellent and more importantly we felt important. We had contacted a few places who could not get here until after the weekend. Thank you Nods

I wrote a prior review and it does not appear for some reason. The job was a shower rebuild. I thought the plumbing was OK and the carpentry was a disaster. Come to find out, even the plumbing is inadequate as they over tightened and cracked the shower drain. This outfit had no business bidding on even a straightforward job that they clearly could not handle. Wasted money, wasted time. As I had mentioned in my prior review, I have never left a negative review and I don't like doing so.

I called a few times this morning as our water heater went out and Zephyr originally installed. The answering system was confusing and I got a voicemail each time. I decided to go in in person because I wasn’t sure I reached the correct extension.

They were pleasant enough in person but no one was on a phone and I didn’t quite understand why my call wouldn’t have been answered earlier, but decided it could have been bad timing. Nope. Just horrible customer service. Scheduled an appt and got a text regarding it. We had a lot of questions and it wasn’t efficient or helpful to text at that point. Requested a phone call multiple times and just got texts instead that didn’t answer the questions asked. The conversation was both useless and exhausting. We scheduled to have our water heater inspected/repaired or replaced by a competitor as a result.

The total phone call time with a competitor was about 5 minutes to have all of our questions answered. We spent an hour trying to get answers from Jessica at Zephyr via texts, without ever getting answers to the actual questions we were asking or the phone call we requested.

These guys are great! On time, ready to work, and get the job done right the first time. I've used them3 times. Outstanding!.

Colin came to put in our new water heater! He was ver professional and his customer service was wonderful! Very friendly home town kind of service! We also had hared come out to fix something today and he was as well very nice to deal with!

Called and left messages 3 times in 9 days for warranty service. After 9 days later the owner called back. When I mention how disappointed I was, he told me pretty much, it is what it is. When I reacted to his response, he told me to get someone else and refused to do warranty work!!
