Our experience with Silverstate Refrigeration was great all the way from our call to set up maintenance on our air conditioner to the final repairs. The service representative was courteous and knowledgeable, and he completed the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend Silverstate Refrigeration.

I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost! I will definitely be using their services in the future. Thank you so much for everything Impact!!!

On Wednesday night we noticed a small leak in our water heater so I texted pictures to Spyder Plumbing and asked if they could take a look. They called me right away Thursday morning and scheduled me for the first appointment on Friday morning.

Chris came out at exactly the time they promised. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced our water heater, and took our old one away all in less than 2 hours at a VERY reasonable price. I barely knew he was there and then all the sudden he was done. Fabulous! Practically no interruption in hot water. Amazing!

I was recommended Cobra by a friend that had a great experience with them working in their home. When my house had water damage, they came in and worked with my insurance to put it all back together. I was getting updated through out the whole process when it was time for the next steps in the process. My home looks better then it used to before! I would definitely recommend Cobra to anyone looking for any work needed in their home!!

This company , their plumbers and the assistant's office are so unprofessional, irresponsibles and they give false statements .

Carlos the technical plumbing came to repaired our sink's leak. after the inspection, he did not find any problem, I told him wait the leak it could take some time . Finally, he told I will be back to fix the problem , I need a part, and I did not check the description in the work paper because this has never happened with any other company. As a result his false statement was that my husband broke the pipe and because and the dockside plumbing company did not fix the leaking .

This is an unprofessional company that give false statements, charge the insurance companies , charge the copay and do not provide the service.

DO NOT HIRE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. IT IS THE WORST EVER PLUMBING COMPANY IN LAS VEGAS.
