He does great work and makes sure you understand what’s going on and how you can prevent the problem you were having in the future. If he is unavailable, though, just about every plumber I’ve had come out from Roto Rooter has been top notch, informative, friendly, and left the work area better than they found it. I’m super appreciative of their hard work!
