We highly recommend this crew to anyone. I came to them while they were working on a neighbors issue. They were friendly and professional. They came in and prepped the house by covering doorways and fixtures, explained exactly what they were doing at each phase of the pipe replacement, and were quick for the big job we had for them. Once they were done, they cleaned up the mess and made sure we were happy with the results. If you want quality work at a fair price, you found the right company!

This was my first time using this company. They were referred to me by another customer. I rate the company 5 stars because of its appointment timeliness, great service worker attitude and helpful customer servive. At the time my service was being completed they performed service for my neighbor. I will recommend this company to others and will use service again as my first experience was great.

Arrowhead Plumbing guys were great: professional, timely, friendly, knowledgeable and they did a great job on a fix that we thought would be difficult. I recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing help. They even gave us a reusable bag that contained some useful household items. They are our go-to-guys from now on!

Water heater started leaking Sunday afternoon. I called Allen Park & Heating and left a message, not expecting call back until Monday morning. Leo called back within a couple of hours. I explained the problem he quoted me a price and said he would be over to replace water heater between 9:00 and 10:00 Monday morning. He arrived just around 9:00 a.m. and job was completed in just a matter of hours. Very happy with service. This is the third time we've had Allen Park plumbing work in our home and I wouldn't want anyone else but Leo doing work here. Highly recommended!

Received a second opinion from this company and felt confident in choosing them. After doing so I realize that hind sight is 20/20. We were told that our main sewer in the basement had collapsed and the floor needed to be jack hammered so it could be replaced. When the job was completed the problem was still there and this time it was described as tree roots in the line located in the back yard. Also we went from needing the carpet cleaned from water intrusion near the laundry room doorway to having raw sewage tracked through the basement and stairway. After much controversy and arguing with the owner he took a small amount of money off the additional work because his workers failed to maintain a clean work space. Now that the snow is melting it's unfortunate of the condition of the yard deep ruts and large clumps of dirt every where including on my central air unit. Also visible now the my sons large wooden sand box that they moved and broke in several places. After contacting the company again and letting them know about the newly discovered damage it was explained to us that it's in the contract that their not responsible for anything, worst part of that is i didn't see said contract until after the work was complete and that was just an invoice. In a vacuum the workers tell you that you wont even know we were here when we're done which proves to be incorrect and the owner is very combative when things are brought to his attention.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!

Avoid this place at all costs. They came to my house and replaced a sump pump. 15 minutes after they left, the sump pump alarm went off and, luckily, my cleaning lady was there to hear it. She went downstairs and found a burst pipe with water spraying everywhere on brand new carpet. I called the business right away and had them come back. They were able to come back and fix it. However, a quarter of the basement carpet was soaked with water. It needed to be extracted and they had initially agreed to pay for the damage. I texted the owner so I could send her the invoice and she acted she had no clue what I was talking about. I called her and she became very loud and unprofessional with me and stated that she would never pay for such a thing. She then proceeded to blame the pipe bursting on me. She said I caused it and I don’t know how I could do that while I was at work when this happened and it occurred 15 minutes after they left. She then ended the call in my face. Her name is Zainab and everyone should avoid her at all costs.
