Had the pleasure of meeting Sal. He was great. Was able to identify and fix the issue with a leak involving a toilet. From the lady that answers and schedules the appt to the tech, very professional and understanding.

One of my technicians cut a 3/4” underground waterline 6” below the soil in gravel. My technician already had the line dug out for repair. All that was needed for the repair was a coupling and glue. The plumber had no travel time as he was a tenant in the building and I was billed $291 for a 10 minute repair. Lesson learned.

Nick (Tech No. 2695) was great. He was professional and knowledgeable. I was given a time slot of 8AM-10AM. I received a text message at 7:30 that he was on the way, and he arrived around 8:15. We recently had a new washing machine installed. When draining into the washing machine drain standpipe, the standpipe has been overflowing. Another plumber wasn't able to snake this small of a line, but Nick could. He also talked to me about enzyme treatment (which I had already researched online) and taught me how to do it. He was done by 9:15.Great experience with Nick.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
