Eric, Taz, Andrew and Ms. Tina have been amazing getting my plumbing done and restored after Hurricane Ida. I'm so thankful to Acadian Plumbing for helping me get back into my home with no serious plumbing problems. I had used them in the past for some other plumbing repairs and even 15 years ago great service! I would not be where I am without all they've done and patience in between jobs and guidance.

Tom is a great guy who believes that customer service is a top priority. Not only that, but his plumber guys in the field really know their stuff. If you need help with your drains or plumbing, Tom is the guy to call.

I 100% recommend this company. I called other companies they gave me the run around. Trey came out. Took the time to explain everything to me. Showed me the issue. Even told me how to maintain the plumbing lines over time. He was very professional. Even his prices was unbeatable. Other companies wanted to charge me double of his prices. Even in this 109 degree heat he got on my roof and cleaned out my stack vent. Showed me all the outside plumbing lines. Again I 100% stand behind this company. Best customer service ever!!

Had a great experience with Harold’s Plumbing. They got a clogged sink working like new that the last plumbers failed to unclog properly. And they fixed a broken clean out in my yard, no problem. Fast, friendly, and a fair price.

The attitude of the employee Chuck was ugly. All he wanted to do was tell me high ball prices to do work. He may know plumbing but customer service skills not in tact. I hope this improves. I helped pay his salary this week.

Would try and find another plumbing service. They came to my house for 5 minutes, charged $160 and said that’s the fee for coming out. There’s definitely better ones out there
