I read a lot of reviews about this company. When dealing with the service industry you're always going to get mixed reviews. I had a leaky toilet and I use American home shield. When they came out I explained to me that if it's the o-ring seal or maybe the toilet flange wasn't mounted properly I won't have to pay any labor but if it's something more major I would have to pay labor. This is understandable I've experienced this from a customer side and an installer side from the service industry I used to work in. Luckily it was just the water seal and o-ring so it was a quick fix with no extra costs to me.

They came in and inspected they told me what was going to happen they cleaned up they were courteous nothing but respect.

Everyone will have their own experience sometimes negative positive or neutral in every situation is always different pertaining to the work that is required to fix the job accidents do happen as it's human nature as some of the reviews have stated.

But I can say in this review I had no problems and would be glad to have them back out for any additional problems hopefully not but Anywhere Plumbing gets 5 stars from me.

My only suggestion to this company is I got a phone call at 8:00 a.m. telling me that they were in route. This makes me assume that they're headed to my house now, but my window was between 8:00 and 12:00. They got to my house about 2:00 p.m.
No complaints because some jobs take longer than anticipated but when being told that they are in route at 8:00 a.m. I was expecting them relatively soon. I would suggest using other verbiage as in I'm calling to confirm that you're on the list for the work order today etc. But nonetheless it showed up and completed the job and a complimentary call is always nice to get.
