House of Yards is AMAZING!!! Easy to work with, payment is easy, and they came every the week like clock work! Would highly recommend! Owners are very friendly and personable!

UPDATE 5/15/21: It took a Google review to get this fake grass company’s attention. Bobby apologized and blamed Erin for the miscommunication. I wouldn’t do business with this “company” even if they offered me a discount. Please do your research and read this before going with Purchase Green Artificial Grass. Businesses need a wake up call that customers are not going to continue being flexible. You want my money, you need to do the work and be on time. Too many other options out there.

I’m leaving this review in hopes that other potential customers don’t share the same experience I had. I spoke with Erin and scheduled an appointment for May 12th 2021 between 2p-3p for Bobby to show samples and provide a timeframe as to when the project for my front yard would start. Based on the Google reviews I was ready to simply use PGAG and not shop around. After waiting a few hours following the scheduled appointment I called and spoke with Erin who reassured me that Bobby would be here but was running late. I then called at 7pm as I needed to leave my house for a little bit. I spoke with a very nice lady who is the after hours assistant and assured me she would escalate this up to the executive team. Today, May 13th, I left a voicemail asking for an update in hopes to reschedule. I have yet to hear back from this “company”. While $2k-$3k might not be a large enough job, the lack of customer service, respect for other’s time, and follow up is something I have never experienced before. There are good companies out there, you just need to put a little effort into finding them. It appears when this company shows up they do great work. I hope they use this review as an educational opportunity.

This has been my best experience to date for a good sized landscaping project. Adam and his team swept in like a tornado, re-graded my side yard / added a long raised planter / new BBQ pad / paver patio & walkway. They are great to work with, excellent knowledge and suggestions.

He must been overwhelmed.

Anthony and his team did an amazing job on my yard. I had originally just wanted someone to deliver and install topsoil for me so I could do sod myself. I had received quotes from other landscapers for doing the topsoil and sprinklers and the prices seemed very high. But Anthony wanted to quote me for the sprinklers anyway. I'm glad he did. His quote was considerably lower than the other guys. And the work was completed quickly, but not in a rushed way. I am glad he wanted to quote the job, and even more glad that he came in at a much more affordable price. It saved me a lot of work on my end.

We hired Partners to help us update our backyard with trees, new plants, updated irrigation, and to rearrange some pavers to add a water feature. They had the (far) lowest bid among the contractors we sought. However, we learned you get what you pay for. The workers were very nice and the project was completed within the projected timeline. However, the work was not what I considered high quality. They chipped the fountain in several places while installing it and the brick pavers began to drift and warp within a couple of months. The digging left my previously level lawn with ridges and sunken spots (large enough to trip on). We had a couple of plants we purchased that unfortunately died within a couple of weeks, but Partners refused to honor their 60 day warranty on the plants. Perhaps most troublingly, I didn't appreciate how we were treated as customers. Simple questions about billing and concerns about the final state of the delivered project were not properly answered but rather dismissed. For the subpar quality of the work and business practices, I would not recommend Partners.

I warn anybody dont apply for this company. I applied for a job, got hired, I was supposed to receive a message with job details and then they ghosted me and I only get a voicemail when I call, they had not even enough professionalism to give me a call and say they changed there mind.
