Following on from my wife's review, I always say the true test of a company is how they handle it when things go wrong. We had a problem with our Ocotillo, they came out and swapped it out with a bigger one. Also the folks that came out to do that were both impressive - likeable and professional. I definitely rate this company five stars

I cannot believe the blatant ignoring my messages and phone call. I had arranged for you to come and do my lawn and palm trees today at 1, and then you NEVER SHOWED UP!!! No phone call, no message returned, no apology, nothing. This is NOT how you get loyal customers. So irritated!!!! Never again!!!!
