Distinctive Design did great at the beginning of our addition project with keeping the process moving. They said we should be looking at about 6 weeks from start to complete finish. They started the process a bit ahead of schedule and had the majority of the work done in the six week time frame. What we were frustrated withis that after they hit “substantial completion” it felt like they completely forget about us. It was a full month from hitting substantial completion to them finishing the project. I tried calling the main office to tell them our project manager, Ian, had forgotten that our foundation pilings has not been filled in, reseeding hadn’t been done, and we still had some siding missing on the final structure where they’d changed the stairs to code. The office just sent me back to he project manager. Ian told us that management didn’t see us as a priority anymore. Finally after 4 weeks he got the pilings filled in, and the following week got the last bit done including inspections. Overall we are thrilled with our new space, the area for improvement is communication with timelines and timely completion of the project.

Kyle and Chris went above and beyond for me. Just purchased my first home and needed a new shower installed and the whole house re plumbed from top to bottom. They were on time and did an excellent job. Very pleased with the price. I will use sunnys for all my future plumbing needs and recommend to anyone.

Called All Pro because of a blocked drain at about 10:00 am. Was told they would be here within the hour. Called back later and said they got held up and would be here by 4:00 pm. Still no plumber at 4:00. Called again and was told they were in Frankfort and headed our way. Frankfort is approximately 25 minutes from our home. They finally show up at 5:45! They work for 45 minutes and charge $315.00 (which includes at senior discount). When we question the price Chris tells us it's an extra $75.00 for service after 4:30. At no time were we told about the extra charge up front. Chris also wanted to check all the plumbing in the rest of the house to make sure everything was working ok. When we refused he smarted off. Chris was quite unprofessional and stated it was fine with him if we weren't a repeat customer. Kept saying he and his coworker didn't set the prices. They refused credit card payment and pushed back about taking a check for payment. He preferred cash. Needless to say he took a check.
I would NOT recommend this company!

Brett arrived out and inspected our current HVAC system that needed replaced. He was knowledgeable, he talked us through our options well. I did not feel like I was being sold, but rather informed. They were able to get a tech here the same day I called.

Mike answered the first time I called. He was over an hour away on another job but made us his priority. He showed up within just a few hours and got started right away. He was great to work with - highly recommend this company.

We are 100% satisfied. our service technician was Jeremy. We had another HVAC company come to our house for three years and do annual maintenance on our Geo Thermal furnace and our Mitsubishi unit and our furnace locked out twice and had to have a little water and pressure added twice a year and this cost money every time. Each time I asked them to track the leak but they never did in fact after all this time they said they don’t mess with closed loop systems. So we went looking and found Arronco and Jeremy came to our home and within minutes he said he believed he had found the small leak on the outgoing side of the flo circulator pump valve. He also installed a Geo booster unit that will always keep pressure and water steady for our peace of mind.

This guy is a fruitcake. Tell you one price then tell you another. Doesn’t show up then says he’s going to charge you $350. Don’t deal with this lunatic
