We had a great experience with Closets by Design. Our designer Erica was wonderful. We were from out of state so she worked with our schedule and came over way after hours to accommodate us. She had plans ready very quickly with everything we were looking for. Throughout the process we did have a couple issues come up, but everyone handled them flawlessly and we're very happy with our closet and office that they installed. Communication was great the whole way through and everyone was extremely prompt. We would highly recommend Closets by Design!

Kelly and Shane came out from Axis and installed countertops in our kitchen. BEAUTIFUL. They were true professionals and the craftsmanship was 100%. Took the time to measure and install each section to perfection. Will recommend to anyone and everyone that asks.

This store has some awesome employees. Not only are they nice and helpful, but they are very knowledgeable. The outside of the store looks a little rough but the inside is really nice.

Very professional to begin with, and I am sure a great company if they want to work with you. But, I wanted to tell you about my experience. It was littered with bad communication from the start. I was told I would have a quote within 7-10 business days. This never happened. I stuck with them for over a month trying to be patient, but I got excuses over and over again. In the end they told me my project would never happen. They waisted my time and money when remodeling my home. I would not use them when there are other great companies around.

Mike and his Builders Express Handyman employees have done lots of work on our house over the years: installing vinyl replacement windows, complete Master Bathroom remodel, installing sky lights, etc. I have never once regretted having them do this work! So reliable, honest and a pleasure to work with.

If you're looking for professional and knowledgeable people to do your countertops definitely contact JDM Countertops. They fixed a botched bar add on countertop that I previously had installed and then had to have a second person finish. I was never truly satisfied with the end results.

Rene, Gerardo and another nice guy went above and beyond to get the botched countertop Christmas gift I wanted to do for my mom in December uninstalled and the new add on bar countertop installed. I picked the stone one day and Rene was calling me to install the next. I cannot give these guys enough accolades for how great they work and the quality of there work.

They exceeded my expectations on every level, from arriving on the time, to expediting the install by weeks. They were even kind enough to pause periodically during the installation, so that my son could take work calls from home without being interrupted during the process.

Quality work is worth taking the time to look for. I'd do business 1000 times over with this great crew. Thank you just isnt enough.

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.
