We lost power in our house last night , called the Electric Doctor company. A tech came out to see what the problem was but did not have any of the necessary tools but made sure to charge me $280 just to come out. I asked for a quote to fix the problem and he gave me a quote for over $1600. I googled the parts that he was going to need for the job which was not over $200. So he is wanting to charge $1400 for labor. Requested another quote from a different company and got it done for $500.It's not nice to take advantage of people. I do not recommend this company.

THEE worst company ever. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICE!! We called on 2/13 tech was suppose to show on same day, didn't show up until 2/15 because they were so behind tech goes out to location and notifies us that he needs to order a part and takes off. Today 2/20 I called the office to get an eta on the part and when the tech will come back out to service our compressor. The office team are CLUELESS. Part had not been ordered nor does the office follow up on the next service date but sure will give you an estimate price on what seems convenient to them when they have NO IDEA what they or their techs are doing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY COMPRESSOR SERVICE!!!

This company did work on a neighbors house that required they did up in an easement thru my backyard. I’ll start by saying I seriously doubt this is a woman owned company. Never saw one woman and I’m pretty sure I saw all their employees. They tore up my yard and they never got any information from the gas company or anybody else around about where other lines were. There were none of those token flags that should be used to identify other lines going through your yard. Subsequently they dug right through my fiber optic cable. The men they had Digging did not speak a lick of English so I’m pretty sure they are not regular employees and possibly just temporary/day employees. And they worked these men to death had them digging in the Texas heat from 8 AM until 11 PM. Regardless my complaint is they destroyed my yard and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They told me that they had to put something on my door that said that they were not responsible for damages which I think is a joke. Not sure who they think they are but they don’t get to decide that they’re not responsible for any damage that is done to my yard. I tried contacting them about the minimal amount of money that it’s going to cost to have my yard fixed and they are not interested. I would definitely look for a bigger establishment if you’re gonna have major work done. Someone who can follow the laws and the regulations and be safe.

T&Z All Handyman Services was dispatched to our home by our property management company yesterday morning. What an excellent, kind, attentive service tech we received! He listened to the issues we described having and stayed and worked hard until they were ALL resolved. The other vendors we've had to deal with in the past in no way compare to T&Z. He also gave some handy advice about an issue we had outside of the main scope of our problem. Both my husband and I were impressed once he left and talked about how attentive he was and using them again in the future. We will be referring them to others who are in need of all around great handyman services! Thanks T&Z.

Where do I begin …. I would like to begin with giving them ZERO stars if only that was possible… Llgen Electric company was hired by my builder. A meeting was arranged with my builder, my audio-visual company, and the two electricians from this company that were going to install everything and do the work. At the meeting all plans were presented, discussed and even marked up and changed. In fact, their own electricians suggested changes and drew on the plans themselves. Since that meeting, not a single thing was changed. We received a quote and agreed on a price. However, between the time the quote was agreed upon and the work was set to commence, one of the electricians at the meeting unfortunately passed away. So the day Llgen was scheduled to begin working on the project the owner informed us that there would be an increase of $3800. As building goes, other trades and contractors were scheduled around the electrician and who’s work was also contingent on Llgen’s.With a slight feeling of extortion and in an effort to amicably resolve the issue, I contacted Steve Llgen, the owner. Until this point he had not attended a meeting or to my knowledge had any conversation of substance with my builder concerning the project. To put it lightly, he was rude, arrogant, unprofessional and condescending. Furthermore, despite two of his electricians going through my 24x36 size plans in person and making changes themselves, he refused to honor the quoted price claiming that he had no knowledge as to the extent of the work. I was even willing to meet him halfway in an effort to resolve it although no alternative resolution was ever discussed.Needless to say, his demanding the day before work was set to begin that I pay an additional $3800 instead of honoring the quoted price made 6 weeks prior by his two electricians who clear had the authority to make it was not only disappointing but has set the project back 3-4 weeks.Anybody considering doing business with Llgen Electric should run the other way! If the owner acts in such a manner you certainly cannot expect too much from his employees and his staff. Simply a horrible experience by an unprofessional owner and company!

First off, Dale Nester (another reviewer) works for the company, at least he did when I was dealing with them. So take that review for what it’s worth. The front office is terrible, get used to Change Orders if you work with them, I heard that a lot. We only used them because we had too in that particular building for reason outside of my control. On a good note they do have some good guys in the field that will get the job done.Overall the good field guys is not enough to make up for the behavior of the front office. There are a lot of good commercial electricians out there so keep shopping.L. Thelen

Sigma has provided services for the business I work for before. Dave was a great technician. The owner, Thomas, however, is another story. For some reason, the admin at the time, misplaced an invoice ($100-something) and it went unpaid for 2 years. Sigma and Thomas never reached out to us for payment so imagine our surprise when we made another service call. Thomas chewed out our new admin (who wasn't even employed at the time of the last service call) and decided he needed to pre-invoice us. That's fine. The technician came out for 10 minutes and we were billed for an hour and a half. We called back to see if we'd be receiving an updated invoice and Thomas informs us of his time minimum. We agree to pay the invoice and Thomas replies, Well if you look at the first invoice that ya'll didn't pay for 2 years... Why the hostility? We already apologized for the missed invoice and agreed to pay the minimum on the new invoice. It wasn't like we were always delinquent. It was ONE invoice out of how many times we've made service calls with Sigma? Why didn't your accounting department call us to reconcile the invoice in the last 2 years?
