VoltPro arrived on time to our residence. Introduced themselves professionally. Put on shoe covers upon entry. They quickly and professionally performed the electrical work. They cleaned up after themselves. I will use VoltPro again for any future electrical jobs.

David was amazing! Prompt and super communicative, and did really detail oriented work! He took care of some holes in our walls that I did a horrible job patching - it literally looks brand new! He also recaulked our shower and took care of some rotted boards in our deck. Would recommend whole heartedly! We are kicking ourselves for not hiring him sooner!! Also wanted to note how CLEAN he was - he vacuumed up his area as he went!! Five stars! He also dealt with our dog who wanted to know what was going on at all times.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. CALLED FOR AN EMERGENCY WAS CONFIRMED FOR 1:15 CALLD BACK AT 2 PM FOR THEM TO TELL ME I WILL NOT BE SERVICED ASED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR WAS TOLD I WAS SPEAKING TO ONE, SHE THEN STARTED YELLING AT ME SAYING WE NEVER CONFIRMED AN APPOINTMET TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT RELY ON THEM

Absolutely do not use if you are trying to renovate a house. They were quick to sell me a membership for $300 on the first call and send contractors out to our property. But when our lender needed paperwork filled out, they went absolutely silent. I have never experienced customer service this bad in my life. I do not like to use Google for poor reviews but this experience is beyond belief. Sun has record of our communication yet they will not act.

I made several appointments to have estimates done, they gave me appointments and cancelled, never showed up, never called, one guy called said he was tied at 7:30 PM. Terrible customer service.

They charged $85 to send someone out. They sent an electrician who couldn't explain the fix needed, who immediately called someone then handed the phone to us. He handed us over to the same person who answered the phone originally. He said it would take 1.5 hours and cost $395 even though they didn't know what the issue was or even checking the electrical where the issue originated.All within 4 minutes of arriving we passed on their terrible jerk you around service. They said we were held to $85 just for the trip from Ravenswood to Uptown. Even though they weren't equipped enough to provide any analysis they demanded their money and threatened to hold us to it via recording where we agreed to have them out. It was the worst customer experience we've ever experienced in our lifetime. Go anywhere but here.

Be careful! I was quoted one price and charged another. Also very expensive. I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of. I will be reporting my experience to the BBB.
