Our front porch light was relocated to a better position and they changed it from a motion-sensor light to a regular switch. We also got some professional advice about our decorative lighting to ensure safe use and a great look. The service was beyond our expectations

Nick is the best! He came to help with a disfunctional/broken breaker main which kept flipping off when the AC kicked on during the summer, solved my problem the same day and charged me fairly! What more could i ask for? Best of all my Ac no longer trips my breaker main now!

Adams Electrical saved the day!I had a partial power outage in my home the day before Easter Sunday; not good. I called Adams Electricans to schedule emergency service. Dorian came out within the hour (actually earlier than he said) ran diagnostic tests inside the electrical panel in the basement and the outside meter. It was determined that the issue was a ComEd problem. Dorian had me call ComEd, he spoke to the rep directly to explain the issue, they came out the same day. (not to mention he waited in his car until they came)Once the guy was done, he ran to Home Depot to get a part to repair my kitchen outlet, he checked my fuse box in the basement once again and noticed I had an issue with some of my switches and a wire. He replaced them and recommended I replace the entire box, he also provided an estimate. Dorian was very professional, very knowledgeable about his craft not to mention his service charge was reasonable. I will definitely be using ADAMS ELECTRICAL again!??

Master Electrician really came through for me when I was repairing some electrical work (indoor and outdoor) at my Chicago home. Matt, was fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. I have used Bright Spark in the past and was happy with the service, but I have literally called at least 8 times and left multiple messages and no one has returned my call (it's been over several weeks that I've tried). REALLY DISAPOINTED in their general lack of professionalism.

Pathetic customer service. In spite of me providing the full picture that the socket is behind the machine and will need 2 people, they send one. He took $85 as service fees for showing up and did not do anything.Another technician was scheduled and that kept rescheduling for 1 week.So one week later, after more than 40 calls and 7 reschedules, my simple problem still remains.This place is a waste of time and money. Do not contact them unless you want to just sit on your electricity problems.
