I had a very good experience with Sapphire Electric. What made me comfortable was, them being licensed.Sapphire Electric was able to help my business switch to a better panel at a very low cost. I had lot of quotes which were not even close to Sapphire Electrics.I would recommend their service to anyone.

Darrell and his team did such an exceptional job at replacing my ceiling fan with flush mount and install two sconces. From the initial communication with Darrell, he was very transparent with how they would complete the work and provided various options for me to make sure I felt good about the work and the price. Also, his entire team is is super nice and very professional.

Called and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and do some work but nobody showed up. When I called them to find out what happened, they lied to me about calling me back - they said they had spoken to someone who said they didn't schedule anything.I've had my fully charged phone next to me all day and they didn't try getting in contact. Even if they mis-dialed and spoke to someone else, they had my name and could've easily determined that they called the wrong number.Thanks for delaying the resolution of my electrical issue and wasting my time, A to Z - and then lying about trying to get in contact with me.

Charles and his crew were top notch. They were able to promptly find and rectify a dangerous issue in our home that led to multiple electrical problems. He pointed out the exact causes, which in our case were exposed and faulty wiring and improper circuit breakers in the panel box. The quality of their work is unmatched as you can clearly see the difference as they take you through step by step in showing what was done. They were very thorough, methodical, and courteous throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend Safe Electrical Service and will definitely call on them again if needed.

I do home remodeling as my profession and when I need any electrical service done, I call these electrical contractors. All the licensed electricians they employ are professional and competent and I have never had any bad service from them. They are a little more expensive than some of the smaller electrical contractors, but well worth the extra money to know the job is done right.

Was worried about a light switch not working right. Called & Gino(very personable) came out & fixed it within an hour. First time using their service but not the last.

I did not have a great experience but based on other reviews, perhaps my experience was an outlier/exception. I called on a Monday morning to make an appointment for some troubleshooting and was give a 3 hour (11am-2pm) window on when I should expect the technician to arrive. I was told there would be a $99 service fee for the call no matter what work was needed.2pm came and went with no update. Around 3pm I got a call from the technician that said he was too far away and asked if he could come Wednesday. He then called back and said he could be to my place within an hour. About 90mins later he showed up. He proceeded to spend about 80mins troubleshooting and working and was able to resolve the issue without using any materials. I was then told by the technician after the work was done that in addition to the $99 service fee, there was a 3 hour minimum troubleshooting fee at $150/hr. He was trying to charge me $549 after the work was already done. This seemed shady. If there was automatically a $450 troubleshooting fee, that should have been communicated before work began.I objected and he got on the phone with his manager and they reduced the total bill to $399. He never explained what the issue was or what was done to resolve the issue.In the week that followed I made calls to the office every couple of days asking for a copy of the itemized invoice so that I could submit to my condo association for reimbursement (at the time of service and payment, I only received a payment confirmation email). After almost 2 weeks I finally got an email with an itemized receipt. There was no detail at all on what was done. Just two line items for “service” and “labor.” I still don’t know what the issue was or what was done to fix it.At the end of the day, repairs were made and the issue was resolved, but overall very put off by the experience. I can’t help but have the feeling it was a quick/simple fix and was overcharged.

Carlos did an excellent job of replacing nearly all of the wiring! I am astonished! I was pleased that my work could be finished within days of receiving the detailed quote, and I appreciated his consistent communication throughout the entire process! I will without a doubt use Drew Electric for all of my subsequent electrical work!

We had a wonderful experience with Diaz Electrical Contracting . Bobby and Barrett are very responsive and helpful, and the team that installed our lights (Kevin and Willy) was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. We will certainly use them for all our electrical projects.

Monika and Delores successfully diagnosed a faulty neutral line and installed a new GFCI outlet which I had on hand. Delores the electrician arrived promptly, gave me a fair estimate, and when done, left no mess. Kristopher was my installation repairman and was and courteous. He was on time, clear in explaining what he was going to do before the service, communicated effectively during the installation, walked me through what he did, and how to use the new equipment after he was done. There were no surprises on the invoice; I paid exactly what I was quoted, and the job was completed in the amount of time that was estimated. After ensuring I was satisfied with the work, everything was clean when he left. It was an overall pleasant experience.

Eddie and Luis fixed some safety concerns and very happy with their work

We had a generator installed by Bruno Electrical Contracting. Whenever we lose power due to a storm, 60 seconds later we have power!! They maintain it as well so we never have an issue. We had it installed after suffering through hurricane sandy and we are sleeping better knowing that we will ALWAYS have power to run the house.

Albert and Lincoln were both great. fast to isolate and fix an complication with my home electrical outlets that could’ve set the house on fire it was so bad. Thank you gentleman.

The absolute best experience with an electrician ever. Professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I had some cameras installed, along with some light fixture fix and switch installation. Colin was outstanding. His willingness to share his knowledge was invaluable in helping us make our decisions. Corey was supposedly new, but seemed comfortable and capable.
