Last week half of our house was without power so I Googled around and ended up calling Baird Electric to check it out. When I called I talked to Rick and told him my problem. He actually correctly figured out it was the line coming to the house from the street and it was an NES issue that NES would need to fix for free. But it was 95 degrees out, the A/C was not working and I wanted him to send someone by to look at it just in case he was wrong. It turned out he was right, he called and had NES out within the hour and everything fixed. I called them around noon, he had a crew over by around 3:30 or so, which was awesome. They tested things and determined he was right. All it cost was the simple service fee which I was happy to pay.
I really appreciated that he was honest and knew what he was talking about. He correctly diagnosed the problem at no cost. I am just a worrier so I wanted them to come out. I would use them again in the future because of this and recommend them.
