Brian installed a whole house backup Kohler 38 KW generator for our house.
I found him to be very professional who wants to do everything right, by the book. He is knowledgeable, hardworking and committed to doing a good job. He is also very polite, friendly and responsive.

Trent came out and installed a car charger and can lights in my home. Everything turned out perfect, I could not be happier.

After an arduous journey to find the right electrician, and a horrible experience with another company, we found Mr. Electric. Our business has recessed lights on very high ceilings and we needed all of them replaced with LED lights. Our electricians kept us informed, were punctual, professional and the quality of their work was second to none. On top of that, they were priced reasonably! So grateful for the great work!

I recently hired 5 Star Electric San Jose for some rewiring work in my home. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived on time, completed the work quickly and to a high standard, and left my home clean and tidy. I was impressed by their expertise and attention to detail. I would definitely use 5 Star Electric San Jose again for any future electrical needs.

They showed up on time, same-day, and realized the problem was with the switch itself, and didn't even charge me a trip fee. What a great company - I'll be using them again for sure .

Never before have I been so impressed with a firm. They made it look so easy, but I had no clue power restoration was such a difficult procedure! Because their personnel arrived on the scene quickly after we experienced an outage, you can tell they are excellent at what they do. I now have a lot of faith in these people, and if we ever experience another outage, I will always call them first.

My company has had Sanchez do everything from small projects to major commercial upgrades since 2012. They respond quickly, are great and easy to work with, and do an amazing job. We've convinced all our neighboring companies to use them as well. We haven't had a contractor yet beat the service, price, and quality from Sanchez.

Excellent service, showed up on time and repaired our power outage.

Serving on the board of our HOA and as a electrical engineer (I deal with electricians daily), Im blown away by the lack of professionalism and service WIL-CAL provides. The following are MAJOR problems we had that were major factors in canceling their contract:

1 - Workers on many occasions would show up, sit in their trucks and leave. When management was questioned of what work was completed those days we could never get a straight answer.

2 - We had a service contract and lighting spec with WIl-CAL. All bulbs must follow our spec but on countless occasions they used incorrect wattage, color temperature, and even bulb type! When we would complain they would state “the electrican didn’t have it on their truck” or a similar excuse. This would be acceptable IF WIL-CAL would remove the incorrect parts upon return but they wouldn’t. We even offered the use of lockable storage spaces to keep parts on site with no luck. The result of their poor service is our campus looks horrible at night, I mean horrible, its actually quite embarrassing as members take notice. Consistent member complaints which in turn reflects poorly on the board. Which brings up a question, whats the point of a service contract if your contractor installs incorrect parts?

3 - WIL-CAL claimed parts cannot be sourced on our fixtures as they were discontinued. We have a massive site with many fixture types the could not be repaired. This includes lenses that, I kid you not, are available at our local hardware store.

Needless to say, we canceled their contract and replaced them. Our new contractor was not only cheaper, they provide additional services, following the spec, created a migration path to next generation lights (lower consumers with better spread/light quality) and has sourced replacement parts for ALL our existing fixtures. It's unbelievable what only a couple months of our new Electrican's effort looks like vs years of paying WIL-CAL.

Okay I had my panel replaced not only did I get a good deal they were on time and professional would highly recommend them to family and friends

Made an appointment 2 days ago for a consult with text confirmation of date and time. No confirmation reply other than a phone call with an apology at the time of our appointment. He apologized for the miscommunication and said he would arrive within 30 minutes... waited a hour and still no show. Eventually cancelled my appointment.

Your driver almost sideswiped me off the road and killed me this morning. I was driving on 280 south before the 101 exit when your van started riding into my lane without signal or warning. I was getting tailed pretty hard but still slammed the break and horn. The person behind me barely slowed and your van continued. I had to swerve violently into the left lane to avoid a rear end or frontal collision. If anyone was in that lane, we all would have crashed.
