Jose arrived to perform service and inspection on our furnace. We had just closed in the property and were aware that the furnace would need some work. He THOROUGHLY inspected the equipment. Turns out we were very close to a catastrophic failure of the equipment. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining each part of the equipment, the extent of the damage and what likely caused the damage. Throughout the entire process, he used laimens terms to ensure we fully understood our options. At no point did we feel pressured to purchase a new furnace from Dr Fix It. That being said, we ended up purchasing a full HVAC system from them. The guarantees, warranties, and services included were very competitive.We expected there to be a lead time on delivery and install if the new equipment. We purchased the furnace at 12:45...the install was completed by 8pm THE SAME DAY. Chris and his co-installer (sorry I forgot his name) were professional and efficient.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I called To the T plumbing and heating on a Monday night at 7:30pm after my kitchen sink started leaking water all over my kitchen. They showed up the next morning by 8:30 and diagnosed and fixed the problem in 20 minutes! They were prompt and kind and explained what the problem and how they were going to fix it. Absolutely 5 star device will use and recommend again!

I had a great experience working with Cady Plumbing. They were knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and did all they could with the equipment that they had. Unfortunately, they had to work with another company to resolve my issue and did so at no cost to me. The work was covered under their warranty and I was so relieved and grateful. Gave a good price for a new water heater and install. Came in super professional and did a great job! No more leak and our water works amazing! We been a a repeat customer and will continue to be one!

James came to look at relocating my washer/dryer. He had good ideas on how we could install the pipes, vent it, etc. The problem is that he never emailed a quote, when I asked a status, he said he was busy but would email the quote. I never heard back, pisses me off, because I told him I’ve had three other plumbers do the same thing to me. I don’t recommend him; small or complicated jobs are not in his scope.
