Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting my duct and vent cleaner Joseph R., who was courteous, attentive to our service needs, took the time to answer my questions, and provided me with a comprehensive education on the system's operational use.Michael R today also showed up on time and, like before, was very informative, quick, and willing to answer all of my questions. I am thrilled with all aspects of the water line installation and water softener installation they did for me. Clean lines, fast work, responsive, and helpful. I will use them in the future. Oh my gosh what a great experience. A good friend of mine recommended Time Plumbing and Heating to me. I had to install a new Furnace and Air Cooler to my home before I could sell my home. I called Time Plumbing & Heating for estimates. Their office staff was extremely polite and helpful. Justine came to my home within days of my initial call. We discussed prices and the project began that day. I feel they were reasonable with the cost of installation and products. I will recommend Time to all of my family and friends.

After sketchy MasterRooter (my former plumber) found a block and break in my sewer line, I was being rushed by them to sign a contract for a $13,000 sewer line excavation and repair (first bid at $16k). They assured me that I would NOT find a better deal for the work. Luckily I wrote to a couple of other plumbers before I signed the contract and James from GPS got back to me. His initial bid for doing the same proposed work was $4k less than MasterRooter. Long story short, James came over and discovered that I didn't have an issue in the house-to-city sewer line (that was going to be $5,600 to fix) and the break in my sewer line was thick roots that MasterRooter barely tried to clear. I was being royally scammed! GPS showed up with modern, professional tools and explained everything logically and thoroughly. He saved me from wasting 10k on work that was unnecessary. James was awesome and came out on a Saturday to work and saved me from having my driveway and garage floor busted up. He was honest and trustworthy and the things he explained made sense.
