Amazing selection and have friendly & insightful staff who took the time to understand my project, my budget, how to match and fit pieces/sets together, and showed me better alternatives than what I envisioned.

Can't help but compare it to an earlier experience I put myself through last year... how much time and effort I wasted by shopping multiple stores, constantly comparing prices, dealing with incomplete ‌inventory sets, and running into sneaky salesmen who each had different ideas. In the end I wasn't happy with the final aesthetic of my bathroom because I had made compromises by sourcing parts from different locations.

Not sure why I didn't come here sooner... I can't express how pleased I am with how the remodel turned out! Buying from Excel was definitely worth it and will be returning again when I have another project - thanks guys!!

San Francisco Plumbers receive 10 stars from me! Jacobs was the first person to arrive at our plumbing emergency. Kind and informative, he allowed me to observe as he used the camera to inspect the exterior piping. It was bad, but he was good. He gave us all the information we required to make the best judgment about how to proceed with the repair. They arrived with an excavator and fixed us up. They are also 10 Star! In actuality, we had excess gravel. They placed the additional gravel in a boggy area adjacent to the driveway, where our child parks. They did it willingly despite not being required to do so. Their eagerness to make their customers pleased was refreshing. No one seems to care about this anymore. I pray you get these three as your team when you use them! They will triumph over this calamity!
