He explained the pros and cons of the ac/furnace and broke it down in terms that a kid could understand. I asked straight forward questions and Sameer was on point. I had three Plumbing/HVAC companies look at my water heater in two days. All three said they couldn't get the part for my new hydronic water heater that also controlled my heat and air in my condo. I called Pinnacle and he came out the next morning. By 3:00pm he had the electronic part and had my unit up and running in an hour. Don't overlook the local guys when looking for great service. This man knows his business. He knew more than the other three companies.

Thank you so much to Manny! My mom is a senior citizen(I live with her) and she was very stressed at our facet situation. At first it would not stop dripping. They originally had another person come out(she forgot his name) and he fixed that portion. But a day or so after the sink was not running right. Just drip drip drip. Now we could see there was something blocking the water flow. The city just did construction on the plumbing. We are uncertain if that is where the debris came from. But Manny took everything a part and made sire everything was put back perfectly. No extra charge for that. Which I was really worried about. Because my mom barely scraps by as it is. I was very worried they'd gauge her and double charge her. And I wanted to leave a good review. So if people were on the fence if they should use you... do it! They are professional and respectable people. Who do not gauge their clients like some companies do. Thank you so much! We will be using you in the future. And I will tell my friends and family. John and his crew re-piped my entire home at a fair price and with such outstanding professionalism. They showed up as promised, finished when promised, and were as quiet as could be doing the work (I work at home, so that was important!). Genuinely nice men as well, the whole lot of them. Sailed through the city inspection. Cleaned up perfectly after themselves, and the drywall patches were first-rate. Everything works beautifully now, and that's such a dream after sweating the plumbing for a couple years as my 65-year-old pipes fell apart.

I called this company to come check the plumbing under my house and cable my shower drains. He said that under the house was fine and was unable to remove the screws from the shower drain to cable it. My husband removed the screws in 10 seconds. I called a different company for the under the house issue. Turns out there is a major problem. I will no longer give this company my business

They did a great job but a leak started 2 weeks ago and all their Google phone numbers are not work. Or we get messages their phone wasn't set up after 2300 dollars had to an other plumber vise 220 dollars for him to fim it he also pointed the usedyje old parts out of code so they suck on and follow up.
