These guys are my first call in the east bay. I own 5 older buildings with issues. Mauros are total pros and they always charge fairly. If you have an emergency they bend over backwards to take care of you. If you are in their area I can't recommend them enough.

Booking an appointment was easy, and the dispatcher said that there's a minimum $160 charge for the 1st hour/ visit, plus any parts needed. The plumbers showed up on time and started to suggest a lot of repairs for a simple leak. We settled on a gasket replacement for the shower valve, but the plumbers stated that wasn't covered under warranty. The gasket replacement fixed the leak. Initially they wanted to charge $32.50 for each gasket, which is ridiculous, and we settled on a lower price. Based on the experience, I wouldn't use JC Green Plumbing again.

Jim is a great plumber! He fixed my kitchen sink in less than an hour. He’s honest and affordable and he thoroughly explained my problem and how he was going to fix it. He also showed me a couple things I could do as well to maintain my plumbing. Great craftsman and responsive. He came within the hour that I called. Cash discount so stop by the ATM.
