We have had the same Gentleman come each time we have needed a clean out. Each time he is nice and efficient!

I’ve hired Marco a few times now - to move a gas line outside a fireplace, replace a sink and emergency plumbing due to a clog in the line. Each time he responded quickly, quoted fairly, arrived promptly and did the job perfectly. He must be a good employer too - his team is friendly and they are all well-trained, courteous and professional.

We had Chosen Rooter and Plumbing to take care of drain back up from washer into our kitchen sink. They were very courteous and professional. They scheduled the appointment quickly and showed up on time. I like their time window of 2 hours rather than 4 hours which some other pluming company had offered last time . . Mario who had come for the appointment was great and very knowledgeable. He could identify the problem and fixed it nicely . I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

Our new bathroom had a Kohler new model toilet. It began running. After trying to fix it myself, then getting the contractor to try with some replaced Kohler parts unsuccessfully, I got The Lutz contact from the pros at Kohler. Lutz took over the issue from the Build.com (Ferguson) people. When the right parts arrived Brandon from Lutz Plumbing arrived at the appointment time. He was polite and knew what he had to do. It wasn’t easy but he fixed it and left me his number to confirm that there was no further issue. He called later to check up. Great service. Polite clean and professional. Lutz is now our go to plumbing company. I highly recommend them.

Fast, friendly service. Needed to pick up some pipe fittings and have some pipes custom cut and threaded. They were very fast and helpful. I recommend coming here for plumbing pipes and fittings before you go to Home Depot or Lowe's.

Antonio and his team helped me repair a disintegrated drain pipe from the bathroom sink. The pipe had corroded through, and the bathroom sink was unusable.

From the get-go, Antonio was responsive and incredibly professional. He quickly scheduled time for the consultation, answered all of my questions, gave a competitive estimate, and quickly followed up. He also scoped potential issues that he may run into with the fix so I would be aware and could plan it out.

When he began work, he made sure to consult with me before expanding any scope of work, and he and his team were very respectful and professional while I was working from home on meetings that day.

There was a drain line stoppage causing my kitchen sink to back up, so bad that if not cleared it would have flooded my kitchen wooden floors and cabinets. Brandon cleared the stoppage in a professional manner. Extremely neat and careful as well as knowledgeable.

Taylor and his trainee McKay were amazing! They were professional and courteous and got everything done in a timely manner. It wasn’t the easiest installation gave them a hard time once or twice but they worked through it with awesome attitudes and took care of it. I would absolutely endorse both of them to anybody needing any friendly of plumbing work done! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

We had a leaky downstairs ceiling and not sure where the problem was. Ed came by and told us he can identify and fix the leak in 3 hours. He got the job done in 2.5 hours! What impressed us the most was his technical skills, speed and professionalism. Ed is excellent at communicating to us the various tests he will do to identify the problem and how he's going to fix the problem. I was curious and wanted to watch him work, but did not want to get in the way. Not only was he totally okay with that, he explained each step as he was working away. Another amazing quality about Ed is that he keeps his workspace super clean. There was no need for me to do any cleanup. Highly, highly recommend!! His pricing is very reasonable. In fact, we loved him so much, he ended up coming back for a second visit and helped us fix a leaky toilet, caulking for our bath tub, and more! By the way, the caulking looks so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it each time I enter that bathroom. This is the first time I felt so strongly about a job well done that I want to share it with our community.

I called Economy to install aToto washlet toilet. The installer spent two hours on it and failed to complete the installation.
He quoted me a price of$190 for this incomplete job. I paid him $100, and then he told me that the toilet would not be possible to install and I should give up on the idea.
The next morning a friend of mine who is not a plumber came over and in 45 minutes that included a quick hardware store visit he perfectly installed the toto washlet.
I think that I was ripped off to pay $100 for a plumbing installation that did not do what was requested.
