When I called them on Sunday evening, they came right away and taught I will have to get it done maybe another day which would have made me miss work, but they didn’t mind about time they went extra mile and made sure all the work was done the same evening, and the price was very reasonable compared to what my neighbor told me that she pay to other company. I was completely satisfied and this will be my forever company to go to.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

The pricing and service I received from this company for my place in Orange County were exceptional. Their plumber came out promptly to do my leaky faucet repair needs. He was so patient and took the time to explain the process during the service. I had a slab leak and was in a plumbing nightmare. I call two other plumbers, the first was rude and overpriced. the second couldn't find the leak even after I showed him where the last plumber said it was. He told me he needed to rip up my whole floor to find the leak, and said it would take 2 days possibly. I have two special needs children who can hardly leave the house and I work from home. I couldn't have it taking forever to repair or costing me a huge amount. I called Oscar at only plumbing and finally I received help. He communicated everything to me up front, plus he found the leak! He was on time to our appointment and had great customer service the entire time. The job was done correctly and timely and I was told what was happening every step of the way. I would definitely recommend. I won't be calling anyone else. Thank you!

The technicians were very helpful and kind, did all the extra work for free.. we installed a new Trane Heat pump ac system System and new Air Scrubber system to clean the air.

Foothill Plumbing (Larry & his employees) have been a godsend. He has been involved in a gas leak & repeat sewer clogs in our 40 year old home. He has been responsive & very honest & fair in his pricing. I plan on keeping him for all future plunbing needs!!

Questionable business practices. They tell you $99 to clear a stopped pipe then when you go to pay them they say, oh yea, there's also a $20 fuel service charge. At the time you call to scheduler service they should tell you about the additional charge but they don't. Never again will I use them.

Takes forever for a return call and if they do it's usually some BS story coming your way
