Alberto came out the next day, identified the defect, replaced the part, and advised us on how to return the part to the third party vendor to get our money back. I'm always worried about calling repair companies because you're in their power to diagnose. Today he came to troubleshoot my oven. He was so helpful and informative. He showed how to change the filter and gave advice on cleaning the air ducts (in principle, he only cleaned the intake, the rest is a waste of money). He was patient and thorough. I felt that the price was fair. I definitely recommend.
