I called four places to have bushes removed out of my planter. Jon from Green Earth Tree Service was quick to respond with a quote. I asked for a discount on one of the bushes because I had already done most of the work by digging a towel around it all the way to the root and he honored it. Jon and his business partner put me on the schedule and when he came out to the mess I had created by trying to do it myself, he did the work quickly, neatly and cleaned up my mess! He took pictures AND videos and sent it to me and it was like those three bushes were never there. On top of that, it was so neat, he cleaned up, put the dirt back and just went above and beyond! The communication and response time was excellent! I asked when did they want me to pay before the appointment and their response was after you see the pictures and are satisfied! They were just fantastic to deal with from beginning to end and very professional in their work! I will definitely use them for my next project!

Joe and his crew exceeded my expectations. He removed a 45 foot Eucalyptus tree in my backyard. His quote was reasonable, he put me on the schedule immediately and did a great job removing the tree, grinding the stump and cleaning up. I highly recommend!!

Heartwood Tree Care is owned by Howard, a great friend and even greater businessman. He is honest, hard-working, and trustworthy. His knowledge of trees is impressive, to say the least. I'm really grateful he has a passion for trees because I don't, but I want them to be healthy and happy in my yard. He helps me do that! Would hire him over and over again.
