We were contacted right away. They were able to come fix the lock within a couple hours. The lock was fixed in about half hour and price was reasonable considering all the work they had to do putting the entire thing back together.

I called to have 3 locks changed. The nice lady that answered was sweet, kind and professional. Phil, the locksmith was here in less than 15 mins. He was the best. He was nice and also very professional. He had all 3 doors completed in less than 15 mins. And he even fixed a knob that was broken and it wasn't apart of the order. A year ago today my father lost his truck keys on the very day we needed to haul everything over to an event. After searching everywhere my dad called Don and he was out and had us new keys in less than an hour! He did such a good job and was so fast we also asked him to make us an extra fob for both our fobbed vehicles which he did as well. My dad was so impressed he asked me to get on and write them a review. I lost my dad just a few weeks after this happened and I never wrote the review. The memory popped up today and I knew I needed to make it right and do what my dad asked of me. Call Don, you won't be disappointed! He has great prices and he can help you get out of your pickle! Had to pick a key other than first selected. Needed right away and not mailed to my address. Costly but effective when times of the essence!

Not helpful they was called

Well very disappointed this time really I have bought these keys from the machines and they are truly the only ones that always work but this last time I bought two of you know the like $5 keys I want to say but $5 keys for just a house keys pretty expensive but you know they were personalized kind of you know they just had to signs and went down on them but and then they threw in the third one for free not one of them worked and I don't understand why because they looked exactly like the other key so I don't know but every other time they worked like gangbusters that's why I gave two stars cuz it should be one cuz not one works but I normally they do I've gotten keys from Walmart Ace hardware and Lowe's and had people make them with the key maker and almost every time those don't work but every time with the machine Kiki they always work but not this time I don't know what happened
