Even though there were some circumstances beyond the installers control, all of them (6 at one point) were positive, professional, friendly, and seemed so happy with their work. I had to do grading floor around our house for drainage issue and remove old tree stump from the ground. I got quotes from 6 different companies. All Terrain Landscaping gave me the most affordable quote. The process was very smooth and hassle free. Adam listened and communicated multiple times with me regarding my concern and goal of the project and applied every single little detail requested. Adam and his crews were on time on the project day, and they started the project right away at 6 am and finished everything before 12 pm. His crews were extremely professional. They kept checking with me about their progress, and gave me multiple chances to tell them my input. Could you please add more dirt here? Could you please make slope steeper here? Could you please dig these area deeper? Whenever I requested something regarding the project, it was done instantly and the crews would double check with me. Is this how you wanted? Wow, wow, wow. The crews were so professional and, I was extremely satisfied and happy with their work.
Make sure you get a quote from this company before you make your decision on any project in landscaping. Excellent on everything!!!

The worst landscaping company in The Valley. Unprofessional and very unreliable. I do not recommend this company.

Anthony and his team did an amazing job on my yard. I had originally just wanted someone to deliver and install topsoil for me so I could do sod myself. I had received quotes from other landscapers for doing the topsoil and sprinklers and the prices seemed very high. But Anthony wanted to quote me for the sprinklers anyway. I'm glad he did. His quote was considerably lower than the other guys. And the work was completed quickly, but not in a rushed way. I am glad he wanted to quote the job, and even more glad that he came in at a much more affordable price. It saved me a lot of work on my end.

We hired Partners to help us update our backyard with trees, new plants, updated irrigation, and to rearrange some pavers to add a water feature. They had the (far) lowest bid among the contractors we sought. However, we learned you get what you pay for. The workers were very nice and the project was completed within the projected timeline. However, the work was not what I considered high quality. They chipped the fountain in several places while installing it and the brick pavers began to drift and warp within a couple of months. The digging left my previously level lawn with ridges and sunken spots (large enough to trip on). We had a couple of plants we purchased that unfortunately died within a couple of weeks, but Partners refused to honor their 60 day warranty on the plants. Perhaps most troublingly, I didn't appreciate how we were treated as customers. Simple questions about billing and concerns about the final state of the delivered project were not properly answered but rather dismissed. For the subpar quality of the work and business practices, I would not recommend Partners.
