Allied along with Choice home warrantee show up to a house I own. Charge the tenant a deductible, remove parts of a functional pluming system. Left is dripping telling the home owners/ tenant that the warrantee company will compensate for the wasted water. Four weeks later, the repairs have not been done. Allied said they are waiting on parts and at other times they are waiting for the home owner to pay for a handle. Meanwhile nothing is being done to resolve the issue. Allied told me the home owners that they will do it when they feel like because they don’t like my attitude after four weeks of lies. They do not return phone calls and is living in the 80s in reference to how technology works. Meanwhile neither they nor the warrantee company is willing to pay for the wasted water as this statement was a blatant lie.
