Do NOT use this business! We recently built a house and Precise Plumbing was recommended to us. There is nothing precise about this plumbing. They are completely unprofessional and the lead plumber is incredibly arrogant. They installed the washer on the wrong side even though the floor plan clearly shows it is meant to be on the left. The dryer is designed to be on the right but I now have to lean over the door to load clothes into it. They reversed the hot and cold on all but ONE sink which caused a few burns upon first use. When picking our plumping fixtures, my elderly mother purchased a grab bar/showerhead slider since she has trouble in the shower. This would help her to reach the showerhead more easily as well as grip something while trying to stand up. She also purchased a 9 setting showerhead while I purchased a 6 setting 2 in 1. Upon installation the plumber took it upon himself to decide NOT to install either the grab bar/slider or the 9 setting showerhead in my mother's shower without informing us at all. He returned them without us knowing. He then proceeded to install the showerhead I purchased in my parents' shower while installing a generic cheap showerhead that comes with the showers in mine. We called several times and it took about a month before they would come back. During our wait we acquired a leak under the kitchen sink. When they finally came to fix everything they admitted that the pipe to the garbage disposal was too short and had to install a new one. They repaired the hot/cold water but not without treating my father like he was stupid as they checked the one sink that was correct. But when they went to fix the showerhead issue, the lead plumber showed me the showerhead he brought for installation. What he SHOULD have done was removed the showerhead from my parent's shower and put it in my shower and then installed a grab bar/slider and 9 setting in theirs. Instead he brought the same 6 setting showerhead that was already installed in the wrong bathroom. When I tried to explain that this was incorrect he just stared at me and finally said, I'm confused. At this point we were sick of it so we told him to just install the showerhead in my shower and never come back. We'd get refunded for the showerhead we didn't receive. The icing on the cake was that while he was installing my showerhead, he took my bath town from its hook, placed it on the shower floor to stand on, and then hung it back up without a word. I would never have known had my father not seen him doing it and let me know. Go with a professional! These people are nothing but a bunch of clowns.
