We called Pioneer for an emergency circuit breaker replacement (because it controlled our heater). The owner was at our house within 1 hour (so fast - thank you!) and fixed it immediately. Great company; highly recommend; we will use them from now on.

I called Jared late on a Sunday afternoon after NES said that I needed a new meter box and I immediately knew that I was in good hands. Pioneer Electric was at my house the next morning to replace my old meter box after they located a meter box that fit the existing space. They evaluated the problem thoroughly and completed the work before lunch. Jared even called NES to reconnect the power when the work was almost done and my power was restored around 2:45.

They also installed a main grounding system for the meter box and a intersystem bonding bridge for data grounding as well. It may sound nerdy, but it looks a lot tidier than it did before.

Jared even evaluated my current electrical system to make sure that our current electrical service (150 amps) was enough to support our appliances. He provided some recommendations and an estimate if we needed to upgrade our service to a 200 amp service in the future.

I can't recommend their quality of work, communication, and trustworthiness enough. If you are looking for someone that will exceed your expectations, these are your people!

Jared led my wife and I through a very custom, very specific whole-home rewire (including a new electrical panel and service). He worked alongside us and guided us through some very specific wiring needs for our home office as well as our home theater/living room stage setup. Needless to say, very little of our electrical needs were “normal”, but Jared didn’t skip a beat. He worked tirelessly alongside us to design and install the wiring necessary to make all of our home entertainment/lighting dreams come true! He even wired a 100-amp sub-panel 40’ from our house in our back yard so that we could power a hot tub, an RV, or A LOT of backyard entertainment. Jared’s attention to design and detail made all the difference in the world. Our electrical code inspector even said “man, I’ve never seen wiring this neat and organized.” And all the other tradesmen seem to comment a similar sentiment when they go in our crawlspace. Pioneer Electric all the way!

The crew over at Pioneer is top notch. I found unexpected / extensive electrical issues not long after moving into a new place. After a call where Jared took the time to understand my situation, look at the inspection report, and lay out different approaches, they had all the issues fixed by the next afternoon. Jared, Alexis and Corey did such quality work so professionally that I had them come back the next week to make major upgrades to other parts of the electrical system and reorganize my panel. No surprise they did great work again- patiently walking me through the process and the pricing and giving me total peace of mind. My house is much better off for having them. Great guys, can't recommend enough!

I use this company for all my electrical needs. Rewired some of my house from old unsafe work from previous owners. Installed outdoor lighting. Put in wireless remote controls for switches, and dimmers. Changed out old recessed lighting with updated bulbs to save money. Put up ceiling fans. Jared shows up when he says. Cleans up. Have been happy with all his work.

Absolutely amazing service! Called first thing on a Monday morning with an electrical issue we were having and Kyle came to our rescue within an hour! He was professional, courteous, and beyond knowledgeable. He fixed our problem, cleaned everything up, and even arranged the furniture back exactly how it was!! Jared and Alexis from Pioneer provided an excellent service for us. We purchased a pottery kiln that needed power run from one end of the house to the other, plus a special outlet. They were thorough in planning and in learning what was needed for our particular job. They actually read the relevant parts of the kiln manual. No one else that we contacted for an estimate made that consideration. They were very clear ahead of time regarding the plan and also its cost. They were great in communicating availability and were reachable. And then the work itself was fantastic. The electric they ran along the baseboard is very clean and the outlet exactly where it should be. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The kiln uses a ton of energy and we’ve run it many times and had zero hiccups. Icing on the cake is that I trusted them in my home.

It’s 106 outside in Nashville today and my electrical board couldn’t handle it….I am so very grateful that my property management chose this local company to help me. The owner and his partner were to my house within one hour notice, they identified the problem and ran and got the proper fuses I needed for this older home. They educated me and also suggested adding another fire alarm after they did a safety check of my whole place. They were courteous and professional and Id give them 10 stars if this rating system would allow! Do yourself a favor and do not hesitate choosing this company if you find yourself in need!!! If everyone ran their business like this, the world would be a much better place…

Jared and his crew are professionals and did a wonderful job. The previous owner of my house made some questionable choices when he ran his own wiring. The guys came out, updated, replaced as needed, suggested improvements. Can now run the microwave in the kitchen *and* a space heater in my office at the same time. Bonus: they are responsive, showed up on time, and replied to their voice mail and texts.
