Twin Brothers Electric

Job was done well and very proficient, however very over-priced for such a small job. Should have asked the cost upfront, or realized I was about to get ripped off when they didn't give me a price beforehand. Not sure if they took advantage of me because I was a woman or a Brentwood housewife. 4 people on one small job was ridiculous. Live and learn, have found a new electrician who is reasonable and fair.

Jon & James did a great job installing the the power for my new Hot Tub. I spoke with a few other contractors before hiring Twin Brothers Electric. These guys were great right from the first phone call to the completion of the entire job. They are Honest, easy to work with and did exactly what they said they would on time and for a fair price. You cant go wrong hiring this company.

Twin Brothers Electric are extremely unprofessional. They do not show up on time and did not provide appropriate invoices or change orders to the project. They sent demand for payment via text messages without my consent, threatened to take legal action against me without sending an invoice, slandered my name with the general contractor by calling me a dead beat and that his Attorney would eat my lunch. Basically all bad business practices in one company. Beware!

I have used Twin Brothers many times. At a previous job, they installed a house full of dimmer switches and keypads with absolutely no issuea. This is saying a lot considering we had used lots of other electricians who couldn’t figure them out(they are a little backwards in their installation). I used them personally when we replaced our HVAC unit and had issue after issue with it shutting down. After the 5th time of it shutting down, the company essentially said they were done and wouldn’t do anything else and that it must be an electrical issue with the house. We were pretty frustrated since this was during New Years when it was freezing and we had no heat and a 15 month old son. The worked us in, came out to look at it, went to get parts and had everything fixed within 2.5 hours and we’ve had no issues since. I will continue to use Twin Brothers for everything electric in my home. Cannot speak high enough about these guys and the work they do!!
