Mark is the real deal. He was truthful about his time and availability and was concerned with my needs, immediately. He was willing to wait for me and was friendly and timely. I will be calling him the next time!!!

We had some fairly serious clogs in our house. I got a hold of Jay and he showed up within the hour. He found out where the clog was and bam!! Our home drains perfectly. Jay is exceptional and we appreciate him. Thank you Jay!!

They were quick to come out and fix my clogged drain. They were on time and very nice. Helped fix some other things to make it easier in the future and told me some other helpful tips for keeping the drains clear. Would recommend to anyone. Great service!

This guy went above and beyond. I needed a valve replaced and already had one I bought for him to install. When mine didn’t work, he went got one out of his truck and gave it to me free of charge! I tried to tip him and he wouldn’t take it. Also his price was the lowest I was quoted-and many of the companies won’t even give you a quote before they are on the job.

After discovering we had a drainage issue last night, I called several companies this morning and scheduled an appt for 9:30. When no one came or called by 10:00, I called The Drainage Guy who had been recommended by one of the companies I had called earlier. I spoke with Mark who said they could have someone there in an hour. I waited another 15 mins before I canceled the first company and then called Mark back. As promised, he had someone there (Blake) within an hour who soon had the problem diagnosed and fixed. Thank goodness! Blake did an excellent job! He gave the kind of customer service everyone wants: professional, knowledgeable, educational and also personable.
I highly recommend this company for any drainage issue. Great service! Price was fair and as quoted.
As for the first company, the person showed up without calling 25 mins after appt had been canceled and over an hour after initial time scheduled

These guys are the best. They showed up quickly on a Saturday when I had my main sewer line blocked and got it open quickly. That would have been good enough for me but Bryan, the plumber they sent out, took the time to explain everything to me and gave me tons of great advice that will save me money in the future. He's probably the friendliest workman I've ever met. Don't hesitate to calls these guys.

I am Building inspector, I contacted the Drain Guys for a client that had possible drain issues.. They were very prompt and called ahead to confirm location. The drain professional Blake did everything he could to locate all drain lines and perform a professional job.. I was very satisfied with their attitude and willingness to help...

My kitchen sink was completely clogged and after two other companies came out to try to fix it, someone fortunately referred me to the Drain Guys. Blake was a super hero! The Drain Guy was exactly as advertised and as other reviewers have indicated. I called on Saturday evening, spoke to Bryan who asked questions and diagnosed my problem quickly. He ran through all of the pricing including potential additional costs based on what he found and made sure I was comfortable with that before scheduling a late night appointment with me. (I had a main line blockage.) He was communicative on arrival time and was incredibly pleasant and kind throughout. Once here, he worked through my problem quickly and efficiently, never once seeming frustrated by the late hour or having to go under the house basically at midnight. Problem fixed at a reasonable price! And he walked me through the situation and how to potentially avoid it moving forward. I cannot say enough things about Bryan and his professionalism, good attitude and assistance. I hope I don’t need to call anyone again for a long time but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to call The Drain Guy.

Hands down amazing service. The technician went above and beyond. He was very very good and professional. They have my business period from here on out. He worked for about three hours clearing our main line, and the price was still very fair even after that length of time. I would reccomend this company to anyone with drainage issues.

These guys are legit. Had a sewer pipe backing up in our crawl space. Bryan from Drain Guy came out within a couple hours after I called and was able to get the line cleared out in less than an hour.

We've been in the same house for almost 40 years; and the house is 60 years old. We have had several occasions when we needed a drain cleared or repaired.
THE DRAIN GUY, LLC is by far and away THE BEST DRAIN SERVICE we have ever experienced. Mark, the owner, is courteous, concerned and friendly, with a clear desire to help. The technician who was sent out to our home -- Blake -- was professional, conscientious, personable, and thorough.
You could not ask for a better in-home repair experience. And, the work was performed expediently and with almost nothing to clean after Blake left.
In truth, THE DRAIN GUY, LLC was called out to fix what another service had not done correctly several weeks ago -- and the other folks took longer, left a mess, and charged a whole lot more!

I've been dealing with just about every issue a house can have over the past year, and dealt with many contractors and service pros in the process, and I can say that Brian and the team at Drain Guy are top notch professionals. As a customer, I felt they went above and beyond to help me with the issue.

They were transparent about the issue and what needed to be done as well as the cost. They were helpful the whole way, and educated me on the state of my sewer lines, future issues that could arise, and what to do to prevent future backups.

Great work. Unclogged a drain, diagnosed an issue and suggested an affordable work-around. Really impressed.

Blake was very efficient and extensive in evaluating and fixing my drain clog. He was neat, helpful when asked questions and went above and beyond to find my cleanout trap outside. He showed me what he was doing and what the problem was with branch roots getting into the line. He quickly cleaned out the drain emulsifying all the roots.

On the night of 10/6/19, I spoke with Brian and not only was he courteous but he was also knowledgeable. Brian asked me several questions related to the problem and the upstairs layout. He concluded, based on my answers, that I had a main line clog and said he could send someone out the next morning. On 10/7/19 Blake arrived at 10:00 a.m. with a smile on his face and ready to work! He quickly went to work pointing out the problems, answering my questions and addressing my concerns. The bottom line, I found Blake to be very friendly, reliable, trustworthy and he made me feel valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend this company! Great customer service, good work and the price was fair! On another note, my puppy LOVED Blake! Whenever Blake went out to his van my puppy cried and howled until he came back! I want to thank Mark and Jay for the better than excellent service they gave my customer. Their knowledge and experience is unsurpassed. Although it took two trips to get to the bottom of the real problem, I would not have been able to fix it without their help and tenacity to make sure we got the pipes cleared up. I dealt with two other companies that failed to find the problem or fix the problem and made me pay anyway. This company is A Cut Above the Rest, and in my opinion the only drain cleaning company truly capable and honorable in the city of Nashville. Thank you Drain Guys, y'all are awesome.

Okay, I don't write reviews often, but this is one I just had to take the time to do. I had a complex drain problem. These guys sent out one of their guys and he had it diagnosed correctly and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. WOW!!! I have a older home with cast iron pipes and MANY of the so called top ten pro plumbers had been out here before wanting to charge thousands to do this and that and then maybe this and that and try to access the problem, all the while the cash register is adding ca chings!
The DRAIN GUYS are family owned and operated. And they treat you right! I called, explained the problem as detailed as I could, told them I needed someone who really knew what they were doing and they came and fixed it FAST! The guy they sent was friendly, courteous, very understanding and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE! If drain problems arise again, they will be the FIRST people I call. No kidding, I am very picky, but these guys ARE MY PICK!

Just purchased a new home and within 30 days or so had a sewage problem. Contacted the drain guy and Jay was able to come the next day. Within 20 mins he had the sewage line unclogged and everything running like it should. I would highly recommend the drain guy! Thanks again Jay!

They were life savers! They were expedient, friendly and knowledgeable. I spent several hours at my home the day prior with a reputable plumbing company and they could not fix the drainage issue with my bathtub and washing machine. The Drain Guy service man came the following day and had it fixed in 20 minutes and charged $300 less than the other company. Luckily, I was able to get my money back from the other company.
