Exceeded our expectations best describes our project. Curt Havens' enthusiasm is backed by real substance. We have never had a more hands on designer/owner. He was fun to work with, listened well, & met our needs with an affordable BBQ/bar design. His construction team was prompt, courteous and true craftsmen. We were looking for someone to handle our project and found a company we can trust well into the future. We can enthusiastically recommend Outside Living Concepts...and we rarely make recommendations.

Thank you so much to Big Nick's for putting in pavers for me. I wasn't really sure how much it was going to cost or what the end result would be but I'm very happy on both fronts. This team is amazing. They did everything they could to make sure it was all finished as quickly as possible. I'm happy to give these guys a 10/10. We recently hired Arizona’s Landscape Brigade for a 2k sq ft project with pavers and can’t be happier, the team show up on time for the quote and every day for the job, they are well organized and very polite, our family highly recommends this company .

Phil always goes above and beyond. He has product when no one else does, and is always willing to help answer any questions we have.

ORIGINAL POST: Great experience so far! We've only completed the estimate so far but we are very impressed. The best thing I can say is that it didn't feel like a sales pitch. He really took the time to understand our vision and let our ideas and budget guide the conversation.

UPDATE: This update is long overdue but I wanted to see how the plants faired after 1 year. This company was a nightmare to work with. I was upset I didn’t get their 5 star treatment but considering they offered us a discount to write a 5 star review...do with that what you will....

If you are looking for a cheap company! Go with BotV. If you are looking for a company who stays in touch, delivers on what you paid for, provides guidance during design phase, recommends plants that will survive: Go with literally anyone else. I’ve attached a screenshot of the “service” I received from the owner.

A couple of our grievances: never created a 3D model of our project which was sold to us (nbd). Didnt place down a weed barrier (which is a nightmare today). All plants are on the same drip system and need different amounts of water so some are drowning, others are starved. No guidance on what type of plants do well together, what rocks looks good, etc.

Please don’t go with this company. We are now trying to find a company to do our backyard and hopefully see what they can do to fix the front....
