We are very satisfied with our outdoor living project. Chad was professional from start to end. The design process took a little longer than we expected, due to HOA and city permitting. Chad kept us informed each step of the way and there was always a line of communication open. We would highly recommend this company to friends and family. I have had Big Nick's do a number of jobs for me over the last few months including building block walls for us. They are so professional and always do an outstanding job. It can be hard to find a company that can handle all your landscaping needs and will charge a reasonable price but these guys are the real deal. I honestly wouldn't work with anyone else. They are outstanding.

The owner, Luis Leyva, came as requested to see exactly what we wanted, offered suggestions and listened to ours. He knows the names, characteristics, and nuances of every plant around as well as what is edible and what’s not! He is a delightful guy who genuinely wants to make everything perfect and his clients happy. He achieved those goals the first visit. Additionally, he has an engineering background and was able to solve our standing water problems and create an amazingly beautiful and low maintenance environment around our home.
He took us to a nursery to select plants and to other suppliers to see the ground lamps, irrigation system components, and to select the pavers we wanted. Never did he push for the most expensive, but always for the most durable and esthetically pleasing.
His teams always showed up on time and were a delight to have on the property. They come prepared and willing to work. Never once did they complain, and anything we asked of them was answered with, “No problem.” One supervisor on site said with modesty, “Yes, we are the Best of The Valley.” So true.
Our home has been magically transformed! Thanks to all of you!
