I always use email to communicate with the company and Melissa always responds and takes care of any admin questions I have. I appreciate the recommendations they give for my lawn but they never pressure me and always just let me choose what services I want. This company is always punctual and even paying was simple. If I don’t have services for a while due to the season changes, anytime I email them they pick up right where I left off with my services. They leave this whole process stress free for me!
