Best Lawn Fertilization in Phoenix AZ

I had Masterscapes remove an old free-standing barbecue island and build me a new masonry one with travertine tile over concrete top and pavers in front of it. They did an outstanding job and my wife and I love it. The workers cleaned the area upon completing the job. I should note this is the third job I hired Masterscapes to perform at my residence: the first job was to redo my sod in my back yard and the second time they redesigned and installed an entirely different front yard landscape. I have been extremely pleased with all the work they performed at my home. Anyone who needs landscaping of any kind should call Masterscapes!

Very poor customer service. Paid $250 for services a few weeks ago and although they were an hour and a half late, I was pleased with the work and decided to rehire for front yard. Set a time for noon, didn’t want them to have a card on file so took time off work so I could be here to pay.
Nobody showed up.
Called and reset an appointment for the next day. They came an hour and a half early. LUCKILY I was on lunch break and randomly stopped at home and saw them pulling up at the same time. No call, no notification, nothing. I called Sergio and asked if there was a service that could be thrown in for the inconvience of today and yesterday or maybe a small discount. He started arguing with me over how the appointment was for 1:30 and they showed up so no. ( Although the time I got home was 12 PM and they did not show up yesterday or even have the decency to inform me they wouldn’t show up. )

I was planning to hire them at least once a month but due to such poor customer service and treatment I will take my business elsewhere. As you all know landscaping is not cheap so I will be doing business with someone who actually appreciates their customers.

Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else.

Absolute most incompetent landscape company I've ever had the displeasure of unfortunately dealing with. What this company needs is someone who can train in the art of power sweeping with backpack blowers. Every Tuesday like clockwork, I as a residential owner of a condominium property go from a nice clean patio and instantly when the guy(s) with the blowers pass by... BOOM! Dirt, debris, trash, rocks, gravel, leaves you name it everywhere! Time after time I have even caught the men and had them to clean off what mess they have created on my patio, and asked they not blow everything under the gates of our units...In one ear and out the other. Asides from leaving personal space a mess? Vehicles in the lot are finely coated with a thick layer of dirt looking like the worst of haboobs has hit... Unacceptable! Leave landscaping to the professionals and NOT these guys!
