The commercial property I own has a large courtyard that needs regular landscape maintenance. I was using another company but wasn't really satisfied with the restults. A friend recommended Big Nick's and the experience was night and day. This team is so professional and did an amazing job with our courtyard. We have been using them ever since. They are amazing at the work they do.

I asked Luis to pretty much re-landscape my parents' backyard. All my parents had in the back was just dirt, weeds, and a citrus tree planted by my grandpa. Luis and his team came in and did an excellent job transforming the backyard to a much more attractive place for our family to hang out. My dad especially loves the putting green that was added... and the little bench between the citrus tree and the putting green is a perfect little shady spot to relax while putting around. Did I mention that Luis and his team was able to get the job done in one day! The timing was perfect! They completed the job before my parents returned home from the hospital. Needless to say it was a great surprise for them. Luis is a great guy with great teams working with him. I would highly recommend Landscaping Authority for your landscaping needs. These guys are great. On time. Reasonable. Honest. Cut my palm trees 6/30/19 and cleaned all the mess out of the pool almost like they never were here. I highly recommend them and they do any yard work you can imagine. Thank you guys for making this a great experience and i don't have to go outside and clean up after! awesome work. customer for life!

They are not professionals. I pay every month but they are not good at communication and are not responsive to what I want done in my yard. They had a guy come out and I did not even talk to him. I am the customer and they want to do it their way without any consultation from me. I am not satisfied with their work.

After checking with different companies i decided to have my 1400 + sf paver project done by Luis and his crew. I was not disappointed. They did a great-high quality job within a very reasonable cost and in a short period of time. I am Very happy with my upgraded backyard. Highly recommended.

Only know how to butcher nice trees and bushes till dead. Workers are rude and inconsiderate around residents Vehicles. Main tool used is Leaf (dust) blower Sending everything onto private patios. Over trimming bushes and trees killing them or not repairing sprinkler system providing water to them. Seem like as soon as the foliage is blooming the trim all the flowers and blooms off.

I was never left waiting when I would message the team, and was always contacted within a days time. I had the entire back yard redone, including three separate paver pads, a pergola, with rock lawn removed weed barrier applied, and new rock brought in.

I can't speak for others experience, but I can say that Luis, the owner, is a true business man with customer service at the forefront of his decision making he showed up more than once to inspect the work and ensure I was happy. This really left me a sense of trust and ownership from Luis who kept personal contact with me during a good bit of the process, something that I must find in any company that I work with as communication is key. Inspecting, quoting, pre-work, actual work, some road blocks, and re-work Luis and his team were receptive to my requests, kept me updated the entire time for every milestone, and made sure I was pleased with the work every step of the way. I didn't get everything I wanted, but I'm a hard man to please, and this did not deter Luis from making sure I was happy with everything that could be done, and I am very happy with the experience.

I'm glad I contacted Botanist of The Valley, I was treated with respect, my home was made more beautiful because of them, and I believe I will be working with them again in the future.
