From the get go, we had a landscape designer in Holly who could see our vision but then helped enhance it. She doesn't just draw, she designs. Straight Line's team was very professional, highly organized and the installers were craftsmen. Their teams have been together for many years so they really know how to get jobs done well. They come in with a large group and knock it out, rather than having a few people show up a couple days each week. Travis is highly knowledgeable and great with finding solutions and options to unforeseen obstacles. They put everything in writing which eliminates the he said she said that is rampant in contracting. Bottom line, you can trust them to do what they say and ensure that you're 100% satisfied with your job. They warranty their work as well and they jumped right on the warranty issues that did come up. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Our backyard is a focal point and the place we love to hang out. It's our house that tends to host the neighborhood events and it wouldn't be so without Straight Line.

Derek and Corbin were available for questions and updates throughout the upgrade process to our front and back yard areas. Quality work by the crews with great suggestions along the way. Fair prices, no hidden costs or surprises. Would definitely recommend Outside Living Concepts for any landscape and design needs.

Sergio came out gave free estimate and was suppose to come back next day around 12. I never got a call, never got an apology, and he never showed up. My 2nd time using him. The first time he was great! Dont know what happened but will not use him again.

Desert Garden what a great job you guys do everytime! I've had two other landscaping companies neighbors referred, found these guys and don't regret my decision from parting with neighbors. ? Everytime they leave I just love the way my front and backyard look. I love pulling up to a neat yard... especially, when your neighbors trees are so messy. Thank you Desert Garden Lawn Care. Absolute most incompetent landscape company I've ever had the displeasure of unfortunately dealing with. What this company needs is someone who can train in the art of power sweeping with backpack blowers. Every Tuesday like clockwork, I as a residential owner of a condominium property go from a nice clean patio and instantly when the guy(s) with the blowers pass by... BOOM! Dirt, debris, trash, rocks, gravel, leaves you name it everywhere! Time after time I have even caught the men and had them to clean off what mess they have created on my patio, and asked they not blow everything under the gates of our units...In one ear and out the other. Asides from leaving personal space a mess? Vehicles in the lot are finely coated with a thick layer of dirt looking like the worst of haboobs has hit... Unacceptable! Leave landscaping to the professionals and NOT these guys!
