Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

Raymond and his crew do fabulous work! It is top quality, they are professional, and always reliable! I have gotten so many compliments on my yard and I could not have done it without them! I definitely recommend their services!

They do a good job maintaining my plants and yard. I'm away a lot so it would be nice if they communicated a little better about the health of my plants. Came home to two very dead plants with no notification about it. Had to spend a lot of money for them to replace them. Overall prices are a little steep as well. But after calling 20+ landscapers after I moved in to my house, this company was the only one that answerd the phone. Customer service also responds in a timely manner.

Very poor customer service. Paid $250 for services a few weeks ago and although they were an hour and a half late, I was pleased with the work and decided to rehire for front yard. Set a time for noon, didn’t want them to have a card on file so took time off work so I could be here to pay.
Nobody showed up.
Called and reset an appointment for the next day. They came an hour and a half early. LUCKILY I was on lunch break and randomly stopped at home and saw them pulling up at the same time. No call, no notification, nothing. I called Sergio and asked if there was a service that could be thrown in for the inconvience of today and yesterday or maybe a small discount. He started arguing with me over how the appointment was for 1:30 and they showed up so no. ( Although the time I got home was 12 PM and they did not show up yesterday or even have the decency to inform me they wouldn’t show up. )

I was planning to hire them at least once a month but due to such poor customer service and treatment I will take my business elsewhere. As you all know landscaping is not cheap so I will be doing business with someone who actually appreciates their customers.

Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else.

MP Landscaping is the best service I have experienced. You can talk to Luis Morales and have a clear understanding of the work that will be done and when. The cost is fair and responsible. Well earned five stars, I rarely write reviews but had to for these guys. From my first conversation with Mike I could tell they were different. We received quotes from about 4 other landscapers for our back yard remodel. Not only did they have a competitive offer but they worked with me the whole time to stay in budget. I had a few ideas and they helped me figure out what would be practical and work well in our yard while still getting the look I wanted. Garrett had an amazing vision for our yard - his design background is very helpful when coming up with ideas! He created more than I even imagined and kept it in budget and on time. We just built a new home and they are stacked on top of each other so he didn’t have a lot to work with but did a great job transforming our dirt lot in a place we love!! Both Mike and Garrett were extremely helpful in answering my numerous questions throughout the process even though we weren’t a big project for them. I also had an issue with some of the planters that I bought (completely on me - not them) & they are going to repot my plants for me when I get replacements. Last, but not least, the crew they had work on the yard was AMAZING. They worked so hard, minimal amount of breaks and were so friendly. They also cleaned up daily and suggested created a path in the front yard for our trash can with some left over pavers we had- which looks amazing!! - all around so impressed with these guys. Again, I can’t say enough about G Michael - I will be using them for our front yard remodel when we get around to it!! Thank you Garrett and Mike!

I wanted to refresh our backyard and possibly the front yard as well (budget depending) with new pavers, rocks, bushes, grass, sprinklers, etc. I reached out to three (3) highly rated landscaping contractors and couldn't be more satisfied with Pristine Green. In the beginning, the other contractors said you tell us what you want and we'll do it while Pristine Green differentiated themselves by listening to my needs and provided design suggestions that were within budget. They provided a competitive and timely proposal and throughout the process their team communicated constantly. They set my expectations with delivery schedules, asked detailed design questions and paid attention to the small details that even made my wife happy :-) Their paver team was top notch; dealing with difficult expansive soil/uneven terrain, but flawlessly kept every last piece level. Even small design changes made during the process were handled with professionalism at no extra change order cost. If you're looking for a professional and qualified landscaping team, you'll have a hard time finding anyone better than Pristine Green!

This was the second time a crew from Golden Landscaping came to my home. The first time was really good. The second experience was very poor.

This time they arrived several hours late, and left leaves and branches throughout the yard. The crew didn't even attempt to blow stuff from the side of the house.

I can NEVER reach someone by phone the first time I call. I must always leave a message and hope someone returns the call within 24 to 48 hours. Hiring a crew first requires a visit from an estimator who arrives toward the latter end of a four-hour window.

Now the company no longer accepts credit cards. So I had to pay $290 in cash to get a royal palm tree trimmed, a dead bush removed, a dozen yucca sprouts clipped and to blow/rake the yard. Once the crew started work, they were done in 38 minutes.

When I noted that there was still debris in the yard, they looked at me with no habla eyes waiting to be paid. They won't be back.

Oops! Update, wrong stillwater landscape ? my bad. Hope you guys are as awesome as the stillwater landscape we use!

They are absolutely phenomenal. They go above and beyond to help and make our lives easier! I would recommend them ? . We won't use anyone else!

This is our second house in the Eastmark Community. Unfortunately, for an unknown reason, the Developer is still doing business with this landscaping company. We took ownership of our new house and got to witness their lack of professionalism and attention to detail in our font yard and all the other ones they were assigned to. According to their supervisor, using a condescending tone, I might add, they followed the plan. According to the plan, it seems like there was not much plants on it. Some of those plants were already dead or about to and all of them extremely tiny. It seems also that using a measuring tape is very difficult as the hopseeds for the hedge were put in the ground unevenly and on the side! We got another landscaper to basically start from scratch (except for the hedge, another story) and fix this disaster. This is not a single occurrence... and yes, they will drive like maniacs in your community. We tried to gave them chances to make it right but it never happened, never their fault apparently. I invite you to take a look at their landscaping talent in attached pictures. Not much green I tell you...

UPDATE: 5000 views... Regarding the aforementioned hopseed hedge... Without letting us know, Gothic people came over to fix our hedge, a tiny plant was put between one of the gaps. Yet again, no sense of symmetry, totally clueless. Also, know this, showing up unannounced on people's property is called trespassing and is totally unacceptable. Never mind, we fixed it ourselves and bought another hopseed bush to replace the big one that didn't survive from being moved. (Good for you guys, you saved $10...)
