I stopped in because I was in the market for a safe after having my home robbed. They had a great variety of safes and a very knowledgeable staff. Their prices are fair but more importantly their advise about how to choose a safe was very thoughtful. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and at the same time didn't want to sell me something that wouldn't accomplish my security goals. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has anything worth protecting. Great experience. A++

I needed 2 keys (that I provided) cut. They person at the counter did them immediately and did not charge me. I would have given him some cash but I didn't have any on me. I have never need a locksmith but if I do, Hicks will definitely be my first call or if asked for a recommendation, Hicks will be the only one I will refer.

Dropped in seeking a file drawer lock that I couldn't even find a picture of online. Hicks had 4-5 of them in stock! I've encountered very knowledgeable and helpful staff at each visit.
