I was not home when I called them for my key replacement. I was on my way back home and when I was 10 or so minutes away and the guy had arrived to my house already. He called me about 3 or 4 times rushing me in those 10 minutes. I could not believe it. I needed my key urgently otherwise I would’ve told him to leave. Overall, horrible customer service. I love supporting local especially Hispanic business, but I will never use their service again.

It sucks when I have to do this but it needs to be done! I called and rekeyed about 10 keys for 10 of our cars that keys where stolen...the worker came and did the work at the beginning the boss was quick responsive and friendly...out of those cars i asked to get a 2013 Nissan Alrima and 2008 town and country both cars need a remote that becomes to be they key and and extra key inside the remote incase of a dead battery etc.... we agreed on a price which was around the same as lthee competitors and the owner quoted me $175 minus a discount it would be $150 for the 2013 altima I said ok the employee came and did the work and left after I notice the key inside the remote was not cut neither was the key inside the remote for the 2008 so I called and ask why was the keys not cut..he said we didnt tell you its a $25 extra charge to cut the keys to those vehicles....I said why was I not aware of this before the remotes where being done...the owner said I am sorry We didnt tell you ...if you want them you need to pay extra $25 per key....I asked why? If they didnt let me know in advance....if i would of known i would gone with the competitor and done it right the first time...the owner just said sorry but I cant do nothing about it....that all I can do!! What kind of customer service is this??? Very unprofessional bad customer service does not take responsibility for his actions!!! Would I have to take this to the district attorney? I wouldn’t want anyone to go through this......options?
