AWESOME! A bit pricey, paying about 10% more than you should - so if you can shop around ... It's a little hard to figure out when copying a card to a key - so read the directions twice and fast before it times you out. Other than that great service that many just don't know about.

I needed a Second key for my old Toyota. It's difficult to drive around and find a locksmith that has the correct key blank. I remembered seeing the KeyMe kiosk in my local store. I Plugged my key into the kiosk and was amazed it's abilities to show the accurate measurements of the key. It took a few days to get delivered by mail but the key worked like a charm!

Spent over 200 to get 3 doors rekeyed. He said my screen door needed a whole new lock and handle so he put one on and now the screen door doesn't clasp when i shut it. I asked for a business card and he said it would be on the invoice but i never got one of those either. I even called after they left when i realized my receipt was never sent to me and it's been days and i still haven't received it. I've tried calling but just get hung up on.

Price gouging and unprofessional. Refused to give estimate, took 2 min to get the door open and asked for $275, eventually took 100 dollars cash. I do not recommend!

Would give it zero stars if I could. Asked for cc info. Told they would send someone. Then 30 mins later they text you saying no one is available and it'll take up to 5 days to refund your money.

The first key works great but the 2nd key does not work at all it's to a different door how do I get it redone?

Buyer beware! KeyMe is outsourcing calls to terrible 3rd party locksmith companies. I called KeyMe and unbeknownst to me, Keyme outsourced me to a 3rd party service. After the service was complete, the locksmith charged me $220 for 5 minutes of work to drill out my door handle. They did not have another door handle to replace the drilled handle and he did not clean up the mess. He did not send me an invoice as promised. For that price, I should of driven to home Depot and bought the best cordless drill and done it myself. I feel completely taken advantage of. It's a shame there are companies out there like this. Next time I will ask more questions up front.

I called in locksmith to see how much it would cost to key to doors. They said it was gonna be $75 each door. Plus a 20$ trip fee. I told them never mind I will go to home depot and buy some new door locks. I spent like 50$ and did it myself.

The best company so far…will continue to use in the future
