Awesome convenient and I especially liked that they can save your key if you ever get locked you can go to the kiosk enter your email and scan your print and it will cut a copy for you. Got home tested 3keys I had cut they all worked.

Kind of tricky with the pricing. When I put in too expensive, then you offered a half price discount when the initial price I looked at was the half off price.

We were looking for a locksmith for a unique car situation. Nathan was very helpful and gave us the correct information while other places we called were uninformed and gave us invalid info on pricing. I ordered three keys and one didn't work it was too big but that's to be had. But I kindly informed customer service of my issue, and they reply back promptly within the given time. My issue was addressed through email with a personable response, and concluded a refund would be the best solution. I'm happy to say that I'm planning on using them once again and try with my key fob for my car and see how that works out but all in all great job.

It was a pretty good experience, the locksmith came out and fixed my front door lock. But the 70 dollar service fee felt like robbery.
