Recently purchased and home was not informed that the keys only worked on the front door not the security door or any other doors leading in. Called this company to ask their prices. They told me there is a 19 dollar service fee and the prices go up depending on how difficult the lock is to pick. Before they do any work they will tell us the price and we can choose to decline the service if we wanted.
The person showed up to unlock the home and we found that he was small enough to get through the doggy door. He got through and unlocked the door right next to him. Since no lock was picked and no price was quoted to me differently than the service fee I was shocked when he told me I owed him 45 dollars.
When I was shocked by the price he was not helpful and was actually mad at me! I told him I was told it would be 20 dollars. I called and specifically asked their pricing. And since no lock was picked and no work was done and no quote was giving to me before he went through the doggy door why would I pay more than double what I was quoted? Very frustrating and very rude.

Cory did an amazingly quick job. Replaced my broken mailbox lock in 10 minutes. And the gave me a great price for being a veteran. Highly recommend this small business owner.
