tried to get them to remove a keypad lock at our business and they could not figure it out, so what was quoted to be a $55 service call + $50 to remove the old lock turned into grinding the lock off the door for a total of $205. I feel taken advantage of.

Answered on the first try told me 10 to 15, showed a little later but it was rush hour, after that got it done just like he said. Reasonably priced based on responsiveness, Definitely my go to Guy and who i will refer.

After some roommates moved out I needed to change the locks on my home doors. I contacted picknick locksmith and spoke with Nick. He was very helpful and understanding of the situation and responded immediately. Within 10 minutes of him being here he had all the locks changed, gave me good advice about Security in general, and was a pleasure to do business with. In and out in roughly 5 minutes. Location was off in Google maps. It's right at the exit of the grocery.

It is so convenient and simple to utilize a kiosk to get the keys done.

I didn't give 5 stars because I thought I would receive keys at kiosk. They are a bit stiff, but with use they will be fine.
