Best Commercial Build Outs in Phoenix AZ

I own a vacation rental home in Phoenix and contacted Arizona Locksmith to help me with a keyless entry lock. Tom was fast, friendly and a skilled locksmith. I definitely recommend Arizona Locksmith and will use them going forward.

So we went on vacation and came home in early hours of the morning just to find out we took the wrong keys with us and found ourselves locked out of our home.

We called David Locksmith who is either affiliated or is someway apart of Sage Locksmith. His response time was on point but his attempt to pick our lock was less than stellar. what I found interesting is he drive home even before attempting to pick the lock that he may have to drill the lock off. That was very interesting although needing in our home we were at his mercy. His attempt to pick the lock was unsuccessful and he than drilled our lock off.

The aftermath was a lock set that we would consider cheap as compared to our original and the bill that was paid was damn near $500.

A few days later I contacted Sage and was told someone would look into this and call me back. Up until now no call backs.

Beware: my opinion is that he knew he could drill off the lock which is much easier at 3:30am and is an additional cost to do so. We aren't locksmiths we can't challenge.

Well we had another locksmith pick another lock on our main door and that was a Schlage took the man under 3 min....

At this point we have no choice but to leave a review and warn others of our experience as we can't get a call back to resolve and at this point I'd want a substantial refund.

David was awesome, prompt and has a great personality. His service fee was more than most but I had heard great reviews about his company. He only had to shave down the lock hole and checked to see if some screws were tight. All was fine. He was in and out in less than 15 minutes and much of that was idle chit chat. I was surprised when he said that would cost and extra $20, when his service fee was already high. It was a bummer. My door is fixed but I don’t know if I would use him again?!? I would probably check out some others first.

Rex was super helpful, wasn’t even in the store for more than 10-15 minutes. Will be back again with any locksmith/key problems!!

All I’m saying is David is my personal locksmith from now on !!!!

My car key was not working as I attempted to unlock my car. Possibility that the lock itself got damaged. Contacted AZ Locksmith and turned out the lock assembly was faulty. Installed a new door lock and made sure it was working well before heading out.
