After I locked myself out of my condo, I was lucky enough to find Todd and Alcatraz Locksmith. He was able to open the door in a flash, re-keyed both of my doors (which I was planning on doing anyway as they had not been changed since I moved), and stuck to his estimate! That would have been enough in and of itself, but he's such a friendly and funny guy, I know who I'll be recommending to anyone I know who needs locksmithing in the future.

Kind of tricky with the pricing. When I put in too expensive, then you offered a half price discount when the initial price I looked at was the half off price.

Very efficient guys who can assist you with current and future home improvements. I will now use their services again in the future and highly recommend them to others. This individual is a true professional.

The house keys are a little sticky to turn in the locks but they do work. The important thing to know is that this is not a quick process. If you are already checked out at the grocery with ice cream etc, there will be melting while you wait and wait for the keys to be cut and dispensed. Try ONE key if you are pressed for time!

I didn't give 5 stars because I thought I would receive keys at kiosk. They are a bit stiff, but with use they will be fine.

I called this place thinking it was 5 minutes from where I was stuck at. The guy took over an HOUR to get to me when he said he was 30 minutes away. The kid looked to be barely 17 years old and charged me $170 to unlock my car which took him less than 10 seconds to do. I’ve never heard of or been charged that much to unlock my car. I tried to ask for some money off since it took him so long to get there and he said no. Lady on the phone was rude too. Will never call this terrible company again.

I think mine got lost in shipping for abt a week ... but it eventually arrived and worked great!

The first key works great but the 2nd key does not work at all it's to a different door how do I get it redone?
