Very impressed. I called on a busy Friday, and Patrick responded courteously and said that it would be about 90 minutes due to the rush of calls. He texts back shortly thereafter and tells me he can arrive earlier, texts me updates along the way, and opens my difficult door in about 10 minutes. Rates were very reasonable, and Patrick was experienced and professional. Would gladly call again.

Alon was absolutely wonderful in taking care of my lockout. My landlord called him for me and he came to me quickly. I was stuck outside in 95 degree weather, stuck on my roof trying to get into my windows in a panic, and he handled everything smoothly for my house doors so I could get to my doctor's appointment. Called these guys up..spoke to David. He was nice and helpful. At first he wasnt going to be able to come out until the following day, but then called me a little later after setting the appt and said he could come out same day. He came out, got the job done and was about $100.00 less than the other company I talked to.

Excellent. I got a key made that the regular hardware store (including Lowes) didn't have. I received my key in a couple of days by mail and it worked perfectly.

Spent over 200 to get 3 doors rekeyed. He said my screen door needed a whole new lock and handle so he put one on and now the screen door doesn't clasp when i shut it. I asked for a business card and he said it would be on the invoice but i never got one of those either. I even called after they left when i realized my receipt was never sent to me and it's been days and i still haven't received it. I've tried calling but just get hung up on.

Price gouging and unprofessional. Refused to give estimate, took 2 min to get the door open and asked for $275, eventually took 100 dollars cash. I do not recommend!

A bit expensive. I could have gone to the hardware store and paid $4.99 for a duplicate, instead, it was $12.99.
I ordered a Suns Logo, and they sent me a logo key from Canada... Go Figure!!!
