I used this company to have a Key and Remote replaced. They quoted me 215.00 for this service and was happy that they could come out to my place to solve my problem. Unfortunately, the poorly trained technician could not reprogram the remote. He indicated we have to take it to the dealer. Then proceeded to charge us $200 for the key. Now I have to go to the dealer and get the remote for another $300.

Here is the issue. I called to speak to management on March 13th, and their contact said I would get a call on Mar 14th,,,,, No call. Called on March 16th and I they said I would get a call right away. Now it is March 19th and still no call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They obviously have paid for google reviews and they have no respect for customers. They have no training in place... And I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE DOWN THIS REVIEW, As far as I am concerned, I payed $200 and got half the service. Get your processes in order, train your people.

We were contacted right away. They were able to come fix the lock within a couple hours. The lock was fixed in about half hour and price was reasonable considering all the work they had to do putting the entire thing back together.

Your calling a dispatcher who has no idea when the person will show up nor how much they’llcharge you. It’s outsourced to a different company. My receipt has a lower cost scratched out and the highest price he figured I could afford charged. Theives taking advantage of the situation
